Changed your mind, or something isn’t right? You have 30 days from delivery. Here’s how it works.

  1. Contact us

    Fill in the form below or email us within 30 days of delivery, with your order number.

  2. Send it back

    We email you the return address and the next steps. Pack it well and use a tracked service.

  3. Get your refund

    Once it’s back, we check it and refund you to your original payment method.

Good to know

  • 30 days from delivery to start a return.
  • You pay for return shipping, unless the item arrived faulty, damaged or wrong.
  • We refund once we’ve received and checked the item, within 10 business days.
  • A restocking fee of up to 50% may apply to returns that come back used or incomplete. Never on an EU or UK withdrawal within 14 days.
