  2. Mock-up and quote

    We send you a mock-up of your ball together with a quote.

  3. Approve

    Happy with it? Approve the mock-up and the quote. Want changes? Just tell us.

  4. Production

    We make your balls. Production only starts after you approve.

  5. Delivery

    We ship your order to the address you choose.

What's the minimum order?

25 pieces. Most projects are between 100 and 1,000 pieces. Tell us your quantity and we'll see what's possible.

Which balls can be customized?

Tell us which ball you have in mind (Play Ball, Hoppi or Animal Hopper) and what you'd like: a logo, a custom print, custom colors or a custom size. We'll let you know what's possible for your project.

Can I see a mock-up before I order?

Yes. You get a mock-up together with your quote, and production only starts after you approve it. Physical samples are available on request, for a fee.

What does a custom order cost?

Every project gets its own quote. The price depends on the ball, the quantity and the customization. Send us your idea and we'll get back to you with a price.

Can you deliver in time for my event?

That depends on your quantity and customization. Add your date to the form and we'll tell you honestly whether it's possible.

What file should I send for my logo?

Send what you have to hello@bigens.com. A vector file (SVG, PDF, AI or EPS) works best, but a sharp PNG is fine too. We'll let you know if we need anything else.

Do you ship worldwide?

Yes, Bigens ships worldwide. Tell us where your order needs to go: your quote lists the shipping options, and shipping is charged separately.
